We understand that sometimes life happens, and schedules change. If you have to cancel or adjust your appointment for any reason, please do so at least 24hrs before your appointment start time. Appointments are saved just for you, and our practitioners take time and care to prepare the space for you. A late cancelled appointment leaves a hole in our practitioner’s schedule that can be hard to fill, sometimes impossible! For this reason: any appointment canceled within 24hrs of the start time is subject to a late fee. Appointments can be changed via our booking site, phone call, text message or email. If it is outside business hours, please be aware you may get a delayed response.
