Yoga Nidra for Intention Setting with Rachel Krahenbuhl

Many of us set intentions around the New Year, as it is a time for new beginnings, hope, and optimism. Harness that creative energy and craft effective intentions that can be embodied through a grounding Yoga Nidra practice.

In this experiential workshop, we will discuss behavioral psychology principles, journal, and meditate to help shape, design, and embody your specific intention.

Facilitated by Rachel Krahenbuhl from Embodied Wellness Guide. Rachel holds a master’s degree in health and kinesiology and is a board-certified wellness coach and health educator.

Yoga Nidra (often referred to as yogic sleep) is a meditation practice experienced while lying down with optional bolsters, blankets, and eye covers. It involves breath work, intention setting, and a detailed body scan that puts participants into a deeply restful state between wakefulness and sleeping.
