Ginger honey pear for dry throat 🍐

INGREDIENTS ✨
2 medium sized pears, peeled 2 tbsp honey
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
3 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS ✨
1. Preheat oven to 350º F
2. Cut the top third of each pear and reserve. Cut out the core of leftover pear, making a hole but leaving the bottom intact. 
3. In a small bowl, combine honey, ginger & water. (heat honey if necessary to dissolve)
4. Place 1/2 mixture inside the pears. Replace the tops. Brush 1/4 sauce on the outside of the pear as well. Save 2 tsp of sauce.
5. Bake pears for 10­-12 mins, until they begin to soften.
6. Take pears out of the oven & drizzle with remaining 1/4 sauce, then return to the oven & broil on high for 2­0 mins or until caramelized. Serve warm.
