Can help alleviate pain, regulate emotions and balance internal functions. Acupuncture needles don’t typically hurt, but you may feel a small sensation upon insertion.

Traditional cupping, sometimes referred to as “fire cupping," uses heat to create a vacuum-like suction inside of glass cups to promote circulation. Cupping is not typically painful, but may leave marks for 5-10 days.

Tuina (pronounced twee-nah) is an ancient form of bodywork that originated in China that is studied in addition to Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. Tuina is not generally used for pleasure and relaxation, but rather as a treatment to address specific patterns of disharmony in the body.

Our practitioners will meet with you to discuss your concerns and prescribe a custom herbal formula—just for you! Herbal consults are 30 minutes, and you may pickup your herbs at our clinic location within 24hrs.
